One-to-one support for registered managers and deputies building confidence in leading and evidencing good care.

Clear written findings with a prioritised action plan the team can work through and the provider can track.
How I work
Each piece of work follows the same broad route, adjusted to the size of the service and the timescales involved.

First conversation
We talk through where the service is, any recent inspection or contract findings, and what you need.

I spend time in the home looking at care, records, staff practice and governance.

You receive a written report with priorities, owners and realistic dates.

Where needed, I work alongside the manager and staff until the actions are embedded.
About
Altruva Care is the consultancy of Yousuf Kutty, an independent consultant specialising in care home turnaround, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
I work directly with care providers and as principal consultant for national healthcare consultancy organisations, often supporting several services at once. My work covers CQC regulatory matters, local authority contract compliance, fire safety, medicines governance, safeguarding and day-to-day operational management.
Everything I do is grounded in the Health and Social Care Act regulations, the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and safeguarding requirements.
